Kenzie brings more than a decade of deep, hands-on experience in the beauty and aesthetic medicine industry, supported by a foundation of generational expertise. She has trained alongside some of the most respected and forward-thinking names in the field and offers a rare breadth of knowledge that spans both the clinical and business sides of aesthetic care.

Her career began in the operating room as a surgical assistant for three board-certified surgeons, where she gained firsthand experience in complex procedures, patient care, and surgical outcomes. She was later hand-selected by a Harvard-trained neurosurgeon and plastic surgeon to oversee and lead the business operations of a private practice. Under her leadership, the practice experienced fourteenfold growth—both financially and in its adoption of advanced technology, infrastructure, and staff development.
