Designed for practices seeking ongoing operational guidance, strategic support, and hands-on collaboration during periods of growth, transition, or restructuring.
This consulting partnership provides a deeper level of involvement and support over a four-month engagement period. Together, we’ll evaluate your current business structure, identify opportunities for improvement, streamline operations, strengthen patient experience, optimize systems, and build scalable processes designed to support long-term growth and profitability.
The engagement begins with a full in-person practice evaluation, including operational observations, workflow analysis, systems review, and business assessment. Following the evaluation, you’ll receive a comprehensive written report outlining findings, recommendations, opportunities for optimization, and strategic action items.
Throughout the engagement, we’ll meet weekly to review progress, troubleshoot challenges, and implement improvements in real time.
